Fest blikket p\u00e5 et fast punkt. Hold kroppen s\u00e5 rolig som mulig.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00d8velsen:<\/strong> Hold utgangsstilling s\u00e5 lenge du klarer. Slipp bena ned og gjenta \u00f8velsen flere ganger. \u00d8nsker du en \u00f8velse mer for magen, senk bena mot gulvet og overkroppen litt bakover. S\u00e5 opp til utgangsstilling. Dette gj\u00f8res i rolige bevegelser uten stopp.\u00a0Er det for lett, kan armene holdes i kors over brystet, evt. sitt n\u00e6r en vegg og kast en ball i veggen og ta imot. Det andre benet l\u00f8st ved siden av, ikke i kontakt med underlaget. Armene ned langs kroppen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pass p\u00e5:<\/strong> Finn balansen f\u00f8r \u00f8velsen starter og hold kontrollen\u00a0gjennom hele \u00f8velsen. Fest blikket p\u00e5 et fast punkt i hodeh\u00f8yde.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00d8velsen:<\/strong> Fra utgangsstilling, l\u00f8ftes det frie benet opp bakover, b\u00f8y i kneet s\u00e5 undersiden av foten peker mot taket. Bruk setemuskulaturen til \u00e5 f\u00f8re benet bakover. Overkroppen holdes lett fremover, med strak rygg. Hold evt. manualer i hendene og b\u00f8y opp i albueleddet, og l\u00f8ft vektene opp mot haken.\u00a0\u00d8velsen kan ogs\u00e5 gj\u00f8res ved \u00e5 g\u00e5 av Abilica SoftStep for hver gang man skal l\u00f8fte armer og ben. Man kan da gjerne sette annen hvert ben p\u00e5 ballen. Man f\u00e5r da noe mer bevegelse i kroppen og dette stiller st\u00f8rre krav til deg. Utf\u00f8res rolig.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00d8velsen:<\/strong> Fra utgangsstilling senker du deg rolig ned mot Abilica SoftStep, ved \u00e5 b\u00f8ye i albueleddet. Skyv deg opp igjen n\u00e5r brystkassen treffer ballen. Gjenta \u00f8velsen. Hold heller en liten krum i ryggen, men ikke mye.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00d8velsen:<\/strong> Hold stillingen til du blir sliten i magemuskulaturen. Sett kn\u00e6rne i gulvet og ta pause. Gjenta \u00f8velsen. Den \u00f8verste armen holdes foran kroppen. Bena skal ligge opp\u00e5 hverandre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pass p\u00e5:<\/strong> Hold kroppen i en strak linje gjennom hele \u00f8velsen. Pass p\u00e5 stabiliteten i skulderen og resten av kroppen. Ikke \u00abslipp\u00bb deg ned p\u00e5 den skulderen som du st\u00f8tter deg p\u00e5. Hold deg oppe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00d8velsen:<\/strong> L\u00f8ft setet\/hoften opp fra gulvet til kroppen danner en rett linje. Ha kun den nederste foten og albuen i kontakt med underlaget. L\u00f8ft samtidig den \u00f8verste armen i en stor bue til den peker rett opp mot taket. Se etter denne armen. Senk armen rolig ned igjen. F\u00f8lg den med blikket, og til slutt senker du hoften ned til gulvet igjen.
